EGG PASTA WITH MASCARPONE

4 hard boiled eggs

2 tbsp mascarpone

2 tsp lemon juice

salt

green onion on decoration

Hard boiled eggs cut into cubes.

Mascarpone rubbed with lemon juice and combine with eggs. 

Serve with bread and green onion.
