avocado

35 g spinach

100 g cucumber

orange juice (from 3 oranges)

200 ml apple juice or more (it depends on the taste)

Peel the avocado and cucumber, rinse spinach, squeeze the juice of oranges.

Put everything into blender and blend until smooth.
